as a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. you will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• are experienced in maintaining food, health, safety standards, understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities
• are focused on building a coaching culture, working with your head chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth
• are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions

• experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels supported
• experience in maintaining kitchen standards and understanding financial performance including gross profit and stock control
• ability to manage labor costs and react to changing demands
• leadership qualities that inspire and engage the team
