The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a caring, supportive environment that celebrates successes and nurtures talent, role-modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Build and develop a strong team through recruitment and ongoing training, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Think proactively to solve problems and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

What We Look For:

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a complex environment.
• Strong communication skills with genuine, supportive conversations.
• Proven ability to uphold high standards in food safety and hygiene.
• Financial acumen in managing kitchen GP, stock, and labour costs.
