The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

If you |

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards, whether through your own efforts or by empowering your team.
  • Have experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Are committed to building a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
