The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

  • Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent, role-modeling a coaching culture within management.
  • Are dedicated to ensuring an exceptional guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards, through your efforts and by empowering your team.
  • Ensure your kitchen adheres to food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef to recruit and develop talent, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.

  • An experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong communicator who engages in meaningful conversations, ensuring your team feels supported.
  • Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, safety, and financial performance, including GP and stock control.
  • Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
  • A leader who inspires and engages their team to thrive and grow.

  • A proactive problem solver, able to think on your feet.
