The Role

• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.

• Think proactively to solve problems and make quick decisions.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and support your team.
• Proven ability to uphold food, health, safety standards, and manage financial performance.
• Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your team to thrive.
• Passion for creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and valued.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems efficiently.
