as a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. you will support continuous coaching and development of your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

• a head chef or senior sous chef with experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment
• a strong communicator who has genuine conversations with consideration and care, ensuring your team feels supported
• experienced in maintaining high food, health, and safety standards
• experienced in understanding and managing the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit and stock control
• experienced in managing labor costs, reacting to changing demands effectively
• a leader who inspires and engages their team to nourish and flourish in their roles and careers
• passionate about creating an inclusive environment where your team feels respected and a sense of belonging
• a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions
