The role |

As a senior sous chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, caring and ensuring your team feels supported.
• Knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, and understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture, from recruitment to ongoing development.
• Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making abilities.
