The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

  • Are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring dishes meet high standards and your team is well-equipped.
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, health, and safety, and understand kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the head chef on recruitment and development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.

  • Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of having thoughtful conversations and supporting your team.
  • Proven experience in maintaining high standards for food safety and health standards.
  • Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
  • Ability to manage labor costs effectively and adapt to changing demands.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate your team to thrive and develop.
