The role |

The Senior Sous Chef will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and ensure excellent results.

Responsibilities include |

  • Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety, and understanding financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Building a coaching culture, involved in recruitment and ongoing professional development.
  • Being a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.
