The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be a leadership figure, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

What you will do |

• Create a positive environment where your team feels valued and supported, celebrating successes and nurturing talent, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and foster a coaching culture within your team, working closely with the head chef on recruitment and ongoing development, promoting personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decisive action.
