The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, driving restaurant performance, and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring, supportive environment where your team feels valued and celebrated; role model a coaching culture within management.
• Ensuring an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understanding financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; proactively spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Building a coaching culture, focusing on recruitment, ongoing development, and fostering personal and professional growth within your team.
• Being a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, with a track record of performance in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to have genuine conversations that support and support your team.
• Experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, safety, and financial performance.
