The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What you will do |

• Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team, role modeling a coaching culture.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and equipping your team with the necessary skills.
• Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labor costs; proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment, development, and fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick decisions to address challenges.

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of having genuine conversations and supporting your team.
• Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
• Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
