As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities include |

• Creating a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes, nurturing talent, and role-modeling a coaching culture within management
• Ensuring an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skill development
• Maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial metrics such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively spotting opportunities
• Building a strong team through recruitment, ongoing development, and fostering personal and professional growth
• Being a proactive problem solver, able to make quick, effective decisions
