Senior Sous Chef requirements:

1. Proven track record as a Sous Chef within a fresh-food environment and Gastro Pub.
2. Good longevity within previous roles.
3. Excellent communication abilities, calm and able to manage high-volume service.
4. Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus
5. Shared menu autonomy over a Gastro Pub offering
6. Excellent share of tronc
7. Career growth with the company to Head Chef
8. 28+ days holiday
9. Supplier visits, team days, and plenty of support
