Senior Sous Chef | Full-time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team to reach their potential, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation, and equipping your team with necessary skills and mindset.
  • Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Build a coaching culture within your team, collaborating with the Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Be a proactive problem solver, capable of quick thinking and decision-making.
