Job summary

Canford School seeks an experienced Sous Chef to join the internal catering team in Canford, Dorset. You will assist the Executive Head Chef in all aspects of catering, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and service for pupils, staff and visitors.

The role oversees catering for up to 1,000 meals daily during term time, with 7-day operation and a rota-based schedule. Strong leadership, budgeting, and food-safety compliance are essential.
