The Role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Will Do |

• Create a caring and supportive environment, celebrating successes and nurturing talent within your team.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development.
• Be a proactive problem solver, making quick and effective decisions.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a track record of driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with your team with care and consideration.

• Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
