The role |

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspiring leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What you will do |

• Create a caring and supportive environment where your team feels valued and celebrated.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in dish preparation and team skills.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards; understand financial metrics like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Foster a coaching culture, working with your head chef to recruit and develop your team.
• Think proactively to solve problems and make quick decisions.
