The role |

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, with a focus on performance and positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of having genuine conversations to ensure your team feels heard and supported.
• Proven ability to maintain high standards of food safety, health, and safety.
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team professionally and personally.
