• Maintain high standards for food safety, health, and safety, and understand the financial aspects of the kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, collaborating with the Head Chef to recruit and develop talent, fostering personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making on your feet.

• Proven experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, safety, and financial performance, including GP and stock control.
