The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What you will do |

• Create a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent within your team, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards for dish preparation, whether through your own efforts or by empowering your team with necessary skills and mindset.
• Maintain impeccable food, health, and safety standards in your kitchen. Understand the financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spot opportunities for improvement.
• Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development. Foster personal and professional growth.
• Be a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
