The role:

As a senior sous chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
• Knowledge of food safety, health standards, and financial performance including GP, stock control, and labour costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop your team.
• Problem-solving skills, quick thinking, and decision-making abilities.
