As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to achieve their best while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What You Bring

• A forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, complex environment.

• Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, safety, and financial management including GP and stock control.
• Ability to manage labor costs effectively and react to changing demands.
