The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

• Focus on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritize nurturing and developing talent within your team, role modeling a coaching culture within management.
• Dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish meets exceptional standards through your efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
• Experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety, understanding the financial aspects of a kitchen including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
• Focus on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
• A forward-thinking problem solver, able to think quickly and make decisive decisions.
