The role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for:

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported
• Experience ensuring food, health, and safety standards are maintained
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
• Ability to build a coaching culture, fostering personal and professional growth within your team
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and make decisions
