Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd at The Rowbarge is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations, develop the team and shape the menu. This role offers a clear path to Head Chef as you grow with a expanding family of pubs.

You’ll work hands‑on with the Head Chef, driving culture and delivering exciting dishes. Basic up to £38,000 plus tronc, with a £2,000 OTE bonus and paid overtime, plus great tips and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at senior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude.

• Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
