You will be working with the Head Chef to achieve excellence in a supportive and enjoyable working environment.

* Ensuring that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to business requirements, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
* Following their high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines
* Innovating in creating new dishes bespoke for specific clients
* Showcasing the area’s best produce
* 48-hour contract over 5 days
* Leading by example for the Chef de Parties
* Covering the Head chef when needed
* Working at a 3 rosette and above level
