Job summary

Albert’s Schloss is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef in Manchester to join a fast-paced kitchen team within the Mission Mars Group. The role carries a salary of £42,000–£45,000 per year, plus up to 32% performance bonus paid quarterly, with an OTE up to £59k.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as Sous or Senior Sous, a passion for cooking, and thrive in a busy, fresh-food kitchen. You will work with the management team to drive a high-energy service and optimise the kitchen operation.

• Genuine love for cooking and high-energy approach.

Senior Sous Chef - Albert's Schloss Manchester

Salary: £42,000-45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly! (OTE up to £59k)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef with the passion and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of strong experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef working with fresh food, in a high-volume restaurant.

As Senior Sous chef you will be working alongside the management team, you'll be a valuable part of a kitchen that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll engage and work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
