Albert's Schloss, part of the Mission Mars Group, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our Bavarian-inspired restaurant. You will work with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen, contributing to a tight-knit team that prides itself on high-quality, lovingly prepared dishes.

Chef de Partie Role

We are looking for a Chef de Partie with the enthusiasm to succeed in a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant.

As a member of our food crew you'll be a valuable part of a team that thrives on the pressure of working in a busy food operation. You'll work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight-knit team in an exciting, fast-moving environment, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.
