Job summary

Albert's Schloss in Birmingham, part of the Mission Mars Group, is hiring a Commis Chef to join our Bavarian bier hall kitchen, preparing fresh locally sourced ingredients.

You'll work with our chefs in a fast-paced, high-volume operation, bringing your passion for cooking and a strong team spirit. We value energy, pride in your work and commitment, with opportunities for training and development within a vibrant culture.

• Someone who has a genuine love for cooking.
• A desire to go above and beyond and prepare our food with love.
• Experience working in a busy, fresh food kitchen is essential.
