We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team and be part of our new opening.

Located on the edge of the New Forest, this historic pub dating back to the 1700s is undergoing a multi-million-pound refurbishment. It features a warm, welcoming bar with 57 covers, a dining room with 96 covers, and outdoor spaces for al fresco dining with 87 covers and a lawned garden.

Recently recognized in the Sunday Times Top 100 Places to Work, Heartwood Collection is an award-winning group of cozy pubs and atmospheric brasseries serving great seasonal food. Brasserie Blanc, inspired by Raymond Blanc, is part of our portfolio and is renowned for its homely atmosphere.
