The role of Senior Sous Chef is to lead, develop, and deliver an exceptional, quintessentially British dining experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day food operations in the fine dining restaurant, ensuring that clients' expectations are exceeded.
Working with the Head Chef and management team, you will help create menus for the restaurant using the very best locally sourced organic produce, including award-winning meats and cheese fresh from our estate and surrounding area.
This stunning privately owned estate offers multiple dining experiences, with much of the produce home-grown or within a 10-mile radius. You will work with other creative minds to create maximum client satisfaction, where no two days are the same.
You will require experience in similar high-volume event roles. In addition to excellent culinary skills, you must have a strong ability to communicate effectively with the team to maintain high attention to detail.
