Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef for a stunning fine dining restaurant in Central London. The role offers a salary of up to £65,000 per year, working 7 shifts plus overtime.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality Mediterranean/Italian cuisine using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Experience in establishments with at least a 1 Michelin Star or 3 AA Rosette rating is preferred.

This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with a highly acclaimed Executive Chef with a strong Michelin background.
