Job summary

Sanremo, an Italian restaurant in the heart of Bath, seeks an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team. Work closely with the Head Chef and lead the kitchen during busy services to maintain top-quality Italian dishes.

You will manage costs, train staff, and ensure hygiene standards while delivering consistent, high-quality meals to guests.

Qualifications

• Senior Sous Chef experience or ready to progress.
• Experience with Italian cuisine desirable.
• Strong culinary and kitchen management skills.
• Confident leadership and communication.
• Good understanding of food costs and stock management.
• Ability to perform calmly and efficiently during busy services.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Professional, reliable and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

Sanremo, an Italian restaurant in the heart of Bath, is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen leadership team.

We’re looking for a talented chef with strong leadership skills, a passion for Italian cuisine and the ability to deliver consistently high standards in a busy restaurant environment.
