Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Presales Solution Consultant for Source to Pay Solutions to drive strategic engagement with procurement customers across EMEA. You will shape pre-sales messaging, craft value-based narratives, and partner with sales to win opportunities on the ServiceNow platform.

You will combine domain expertise in source-to-pay with the ability to communicate complex capabilities to both business and technical stakeholders, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier organizations' needs and challenges.
• 7+ years of Solution Consulting with procurement and supplier solutions; 5+ years with procurement systems.
• Proven pre-sales skills and ability to articulate value to prospects.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front by formulating strategies to establish credibility for ServiceNow’s source-to-pay solution.
• Create compelling conversations that elevate our technology in the marketplace.
• Help develop programs to enable sales to communicate the value of source-to-pay on the ServiceNow platform.
• Establish yourself as a domain and solution expert for internal enablement and customer engagement.
• Broaden expertise as we develop solutions for source-to-pay and finance.
• Work with Product Management to enhance ServiceNow products with features that anticipate customer needs.
• Share best practices and known solutions to improve team efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analyses and trends in procurement and finance services.
• Communicate with business and technical decision makers.
