The ideal candidate will have proven sommelier experience in a high-volume environment, with WSET Level 1 or 2 preferred. A warm, guest-focused approach and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sommelier in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
• WSET Level 1 or 2 is desired, but willingness to learn is valued.
