Thesleff Group is seeking a Senior Sommelier for Sale e Pepe Mare at The Langham, London. You will lead wine service, guide guests through our curated list, and elevate every dining experience with passion and expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium, luxury or fine-dining restaurant environments.
• Ability to talk about wine confidently without being intimidating.
• WSET qualifications or equivalent wine education desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and engaging wine recommendations tailored to each guest.
• Confidently guide guests through our wine list and food pairings.
• Support the management and development of the restaurant’s wine offering.
• Assist with cellar organisation, stock control and wine service standards.
• Support and develop junior members of the sommelier and front-of-house teams.
• Deliver wine training and share your knowledge across the restaurant.
• Build strong relationships with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
