Corinthia London is seeking a Sommelier to lead expert wine service within our 5-star environment. You will curate exceptional guest experiences, guide guests through our wine list, and support the team in delivering luxury service aligned with Corinthia London’s identity.

Responsibilities include collaborating with kitchen and FOH, maintaining the wine cellar, stock management, and training colleagues in wine and beverage knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as wine waiter or sommelier in a luxury setting.
• Strong knowledge of wine and food pairings.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Fluency in English; grooming and presentation matters.

Responsibilities

• Curate and deliver expert wine service and recommendations to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and FOH to ensure seamless pairings.
• Maintain and develop the wine cellar, manage stock.
