Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in a Solution Engineering role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interfacing with senior leadership and executives.
• Proven track record of executing customer engagements from discovery to proof projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert on systems integrations during major sales opportunities, including proposals, RFPs and custom POC evaluations.
• Lead technical deep dive discussions to architect integrations and advise customers on best practices.
• Support Sales Teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration design options.
• Coordinate with internal R&D and partner teams to influence product capabilities and direction.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts in production of high-quality proposals and assets.
• Maintain all sales cycle activities within the Salesforce.com CRM system.
