Job summary

UBDS Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to work with clients, Sales, bid teams and SMEs to shape engagements across cloud, cyber security, data and AI. You will lead discovery, develop proposals and SOWs, and ensure security-by-design considerations are reflected.

This role operates across UBDS capabilities, including 3B Data Security, and requires experience with public sector or defence clients. You will collaborate across UBDS Group to deliver secure, credible engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Solutions Architect or similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with public sector or defence clients in secure environments.
• Broad knowledge across cloud, infrastructure, networking, data, AI and cyber security.
• Experience creating SOWs, proposals and technical responses.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and shape engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client discovery sessions and technical discussions
• Shape opportunities into deliverable engagements
• Develop SOWs, proposals and bid collateral
• Define scope, outcomes, deliverables, risks and exclusions
• Support bid teams with technical responses to RFPs/RFIs
• Coordinate architects, engineers and SMEs across UBDS capabilities
• Ensure security-by-design considerations in engagements
• Present proposals to senior stakeholders
• Support transition from shaping to delivery
