Job summary

Alloy is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead technical wins for client accounts in a hybrid environment. You will present product fit, propose architectures, and demonstrate capabilities to financial institutions and fintechs.

You will manage end-to-end deployments, integrate REST APIs, and guide clients from evaluation to production launches, traveling periodically to client sites when required. This role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience implementing and supporting complex technical products in a post-sales, client-facing role.
• Experience in fraud, KYC/KYB, Risk/Compliance and/or Fintech startup environments.
• Hands-on, creative problem solver with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (quarterly) to client sites.
• Excellent communicator and presenter able to gain confidence and buy-in from diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead on multiple client implementations and larger client project engagements.
• Conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose Alloy product solutions.
• Advise on data vendors Alloy integrates with and how to connect via REST APIs.
• Assist in integrating Alloy's API into client apps and perform end-to-end testing.
• Support client production readiness and assist with production launches (outside 9-5 hours when needed).
• Advocate for product evolution and drive client adoption of new capabilities.
• Contribute to technical documentation and FAQs to serve client needs.
