Meraki Talent's successful global consultancy client is seeking a Senior Business Architect (Insurance) to lead and deliver critical projects. You will join a market-leading team, tackling large-scale, business-critical assignments, including transformation, organizational design, or strategic restructuring.

The client is looking for at least one, possibly two, Senior Business Architects with expertise in the insurance industry. Candidates should have a broad understanding of operational aspects of successful insurance organizations, leadership qualities, technical flair, client relationship skills, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

1. Design innovative technology solutions to transform insurance operations.
2. Provide technical design governance, quality assurance, and solution design.
3. Define solution architectures, including infrastructure, applications, data, and integration points.
4. Own architectural artifacts such as high-level designs, reference architectures, and specifications.
5. Evaluate suitable technologies and platforms to meet business needs.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Extensive experience in the insurance industry or in consultancy services aligned with insurance sectors like London Markets, General, Commercial Insurance, or InsurTech.
2. Proven experience as a Solutions, Enterprise, or Technology Architect within the insurance domain.
3. Strong, broad technical knowledge with understanding of systems integration.
4. Knowledge of technical solutions and packaged solutions.
