Meraki Talent’s successful global consultancy client is seeking a Senior Business Architect (Insurance) to lead and deliver critical business projects. You will join a market-leading team, tackling large-scale, business-critical assignments such as transformation, organizational design, or strategic restructuring. Our client is industry forefront.

We are looking for at least one, possibly two, Senior Business Architects with expertise in the insurance industry. Candidates should possess a broad understanding of insurance operations, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have technical skills combined with client relationship management abilities and strategic vision.

Responsibilities of the Senior Solutions Architect (Insurance):

1. Design innovative technology solutions to enhance insurance operations.
2. Provide technical design governance, quality assurance, and solution design.
3. Define solution architectures, including infrastructure, applications, data, and integration points.
4. Own architectural artifacts such as high-level designs, reference architectures, and specifications.

Background of the Senior Solutions Architect (Insurance):

1. Extensive experience in the insurance industry or within consultancies aligned to insurance sectors (London Markets, General and Commercial Insurance, InsurTech, etc.).
2. Experience as a Solutions, Enterprise, or Technology Architect within the insurance domain.
3. Strong technical knowledge with an understanding of systems integration.
4. Broad knowledge of technical solutions and packaged solutions.
