Capco seeks Insurance Solution Architects to help our clients leverage technology to maintain and enhance their market leadership. We assist by designing exceptional customer experiences, transforming business processes, and integrating technology landscapes into emerging capabilities for optimal organizational results.

Our solution architects are key team members, transforming great ideas into actionable solutions using a range of business and technology capabilities.

This role is ideal if you seek an outcome-oriented position within a creative and dynamic team helping insurance clients convert business needs into solutions with your domain experience and technological expertise.

Skills & Experience

• Customer centricity – empathize with customers and create solutions that deliver great experiences.
• Knowledge of architectural skills including modern solution design, Target operating models, Solution Estimation and Planning, or Architecture Governance (preferably in an Agile environment).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, and distributed computing environments for insurance solutions.
• Strong technical background with demonstrated expertise in insurance solutions.
• Experience promoting designs through Technical Design Authority forums and architecture governance processes.
• Understanding of the end-to-end technology delivery lifecycle, working in agile teams with product, engineering, and software delivery professionals.
• Knowledge of insurance domains such as Investments, Wealth, Retirements, Pensions, Commercial Lines, London Markets, General and Life Insurance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different technology and business contexts for relevant design delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, engaging with senior stakeholders for solutions approval.
• Keen interest in emerging insurance market trends to identify future technology needs and capabilities.
• Commercial experience in business development and capability growth activities, especially at senior levels (Principal Consultant/Managing Principal).
