Job summary

McGaw.io is a remote-friendly consultancy seeking a senior technical delivery lead to own architecture and execution across client accounts in Europe and North America. You’ll design data stacks (CDP, analytics, marketing automation), lead the technical team, and keep projects on schedule and profitable.

You will build end-to-end data pipelines, write specs, run two-week sprints, and turn client requirements into actionable tasks for engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; working language of the company.
• 6+ years designing and integrating marketing and customer data technology; at least 3 in an agency, consultancy, or professional services with multiple clients.
• Understand how CDPs drive marketing; working knowledge of Segment, Hightouch, or RudderStack.
• Proficient in JavaScript and SQL; comfortable in a shared repo.
• Designed at least three full stacks, not just operated tools.
• GDPR and consent handled as part of the build.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and design: design end-to-end customer data stacks; lead taxonomy design; solve identity resolution; write ecosystem docs.
• Hands-on build: build the CDP, warehouse, GTM, and code; write and review tracking; run QA to two-person standard.
• Directing the team: turn client requirements into scoped, sequenced tasks; review work; unblock people.
• Keeping delivery on track: run two-week sprints, groom backlog, three+ months roadmap; manage budget pacing.
• New business: write technical specs for opportunities; provide level-of-effort estimates; join pre-sales calls.
