Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive clearing experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques and modeling.
• Ability to apply technical fluency to drive innovative solutions.
• Understanding of the trade lifecycle: clearing, margining, settlements, collateral, accounting, cash.

Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements.
• Lead multiple teams from an Agile scrum leader perspective.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and best practices to guide complex projects.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate requirements synthesis and validation.
• Partner with internal and vendor tech teams to develop project estimates and manage relationships.
• Model design and implementation of technical solutions and ensure integration with systems.
• Utilize advanced data analytics to extract insights and support business initiatives.
• Mentor team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning.
• Promote AI-assisted analysis and ensure human review aligns with delivery standards.
