Job summary

Experian - Credit Services, Identity & Fraud is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to enhance a mature product. You will work across the full stack in an agile team, delivering features from design to delivery, with a focus on secure, high-quality code.

The role is hybrid and Nottingham-based, with 40% in the office, reporting to the Director of Engineer. Expect collaboration with Product Management and ongoing improvements to performance and security across modules.

Qualifications

• Experience with C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core development.
• SQL Server relational databases experience.
• Web pages built with ASP.NET Razor and web UI layout (HTML/CSS).
• Secure coding practices when handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Build features across an established .NET product, full-stack.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code per standards.
• Handle sensitive data with security in mind.
• Improve performance via refactoring and DB optimization.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, retros, with Product Manager.
• Triage and improve core parts as user base grows.
