Job summary

Experian, a global data and technology company, seeks a Senior Solutions Analyst in a hybrid Nottingham role. You will engage in design, maintenance and execution of product backlog, driving complexity out of client system integration while coordinating with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions.

You will lead deliveries, manage timelines, and partner with product, risk and customer teams to accelerate time-to-deliver while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expert understanding of Decisioning Solution products and integration with clients.
• Experience leading development, build, authorship, and delivery teams in financial services.
• Understanding of PowerCurve architecture and deployment.
• Project management experience in client-facing environments.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies in scaled delivery.
• Commercial acumen aligned with contracted commitments.

Responsibilities

• Drive ease of integration across System Integration Teams to reduce complexity, time to deliver, cost and risk.
• Focus on cloud cost optimization to ensure best practice is adopted across cloud-based integrations.
• Provide expert consultancy for Pre-Sales, System Integration, Service Support and Risk Management.
• Lead junior members of delivery teams, steering analysts and others to the most appropriate delivery model.
• Ensure deliveries meet timelines, proactively manage issues and risks.
• Build relationships with Global Engineering, Product, and Risk teams to drive efficient processes.
