Job summary

Island of Jersey is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to drive operational efficiency and technology-enabled change across Corporate Services. You will deliver workflow automation, integrations, dashboards and reporting, while gathering requirements and implementing business solutions.

In this role, you will support and improve systems, troubleshoot issues and upgrades, ensure governance and data compliance, build stakeholder relationships, identify improvements, and mentor team

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Power Automate, Power BI and strong SQL experience.
