Job summary

VIQU Limited is partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit a Senior Business Solutions Analyst in Southampton. The role blends business analysis, systems support, automation, reporting and data solutions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver practical improvements, configure solutions, develop dashboards with Power BI, automate processes with Power Automate, and transform data using SQL/T-SQL. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a multi-jurisdictional Corporate Services function.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Experience with data transformation, reporting and automation tools.
• Knowledge of system integration and APIs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and identify technology solutions.
• Gather requirements and configure effective solutions.
• Deliver automation, integrations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Provide application support and resolve technical issues.
• Support system upgrades, releases and change management.
• Assist data imports, reconciliations and transformations.
• Utilise Power Automate and Power BI for automation and reporting.
• Apply SQL/T-SQL to analyse and transform data.
• Manage stakeholder and supplier relationships.
• Identify process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Maintain solution documentation and user guides.
• Mentor junior Technology team members.
